Hello, I’m Dr. Anil Kumar Pammidimukkala, a passionate techno-marketer with over 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and a cumulative 37 years in IT. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, I’ve dedicated my career to bridging technology and marketing, creating value for clients through innovative digital strategies while pursuing social entrepreneurship and financial independence through stock trading. Professional Milestones
My career has been a blend of operations, SEO, and leadership roles. I served as Head of Operations – SEO at Fusion BPO Services, where I honed my skills in driving digital visibility and lead generation. Later, as Program Manager – Ability Creation at WLCI College India Limited, I focused on talent development and program management, emphasizing skill-building in creative and technical domains.
Today, I’m the Founder and CMO of efficaci (since November 2018), an AI-driven digital marketing agency that revolutionizes online customer experiences by integrating artificial intelligence with digital marketing processes to create a cloud-based subscription application for efficient marketing. At efficaci, we offer a comprehensive suite of services including brand design and strategy, search engine optimization, social media marketing, content and email marketing, video marketing, web design, and personal branding. Our approach is customer-first, leveraging AI to create personalized, efficient campaigns that view marketing as a long-term investment rather than an expense. In addition to my marketing expertise, I empower small and medium businesses with innovative and experiential strategies to drive exponential growth, wearing multiple hats as a Digital Marketer, Movie Producer, Writer, Mentor, and Welfare Worker.
My mission is to share my digital marketing experience through consulting, allowing more time to pursue dreams like stock trading for financial security and social initiatives via Charista Foundation. My vision is to align skills with long-term goals on a dynamic foundation, contributing to the growth of lean, innovative, and self-learning businesses and society. My social entrepreneurship skills stem from a passion for societal betterment, while stock trading leverages my mathematical acumen.
From October 2017 to October 2018, I was Director of Marketing at Agile CRM, an all-in-one CRM platform for growing businesses, where I mentored the team and drove marketing for a product with over 200,000 users and 13,000 businesses. Prior to that, from September 2005 to September 2017, I was CEO of Etradex, pioneering digital marketing in India, serving over 800 clients globally with services like web development, content creation, SEO, SMM, and SEM.
Between April 2013 and June 2014, I served as Project Manager for Digital Marketing at WLC College India Limited on contract, supporting 13 campuses, enhancing lead generation across 20 websites, and training students in digital marketing. From September 2011 to March 2013, as Global Head of SEO at Fusion BPO Services, I built and led a 50+ member team, achieving significant revenue growth.
Earlier roles include SEO Head at SCO (September 2005–August 2011), where I built teams, marketed services internationally, and executed projects. As Regional Manager at Intrigue (October 1999–August 2005), I managed sales and logistics for computer accessories in Eastern India. At Cybernetix (May 1993–September 1999), I handled sales of software from brands like Microsoft and Adobe. I was Head of Logistics & Support at Computer Point (January 1990–April 1993), managing 27 branches and redefining computer education. Short stints include Technical Executive at IDM (March–December 1989) and Trainee Executive at Lovelock & Lewes (April 1988–February 1989).
Since September 2005, I’ve also been an independent digital marketing consultant and startup mentor, helping businesses achieve accelerated growth and mentoring entrepreneurs weekly.
Commitment to Social Impact: Charista Foundation
Since January 2021, I’ve served as Managing Trustee of Charista Foundation, an 80G and CSR-compliant public charitable trust registered in Telangana, with offices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Born out of perceived societal needs in elderly care, art, and artisan domains, the foundation aims to enhance elders’ lives through psychological care, encourage underdog artists by providing opportunities, help artisans with new technologies and designs to improve and market their products, and promote environmental initiatives like “say no to plastic.” In my role, I contribute through marketing, event collation, and securing financing via donations and contributions, often traveling between Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Over the past few years, Charista has made significant strides, including enabling initiatives for seniors’ active lives and mental wellbeing. Notable efforts include events like the NSEPW 2024, focusing on elders’ mental health and advocating for policy reforms. We’ve collaborated on projects like HandWorks for artisans and highlighted pioneers in retirement homes. This work aligns with my altruistic nature, translating my professional skills into societal good, such as bringing solace to lonely elders and fostering a clean, green planet.
From January 2024, I’ve engaged in stock trading to prepare for retirement, fund personal dreams, and support Charista Foundation’s initiatives.

- Fusion BPO Services (FBS): I optimized their website for SEO, generating over 200 leads monthly and contributing to up to $150,000 in monthly revenue.
- My Home Security Solutions (MHSS): Through targeted SEO, we achieved 300+ calls and 200+ closed sales per month for this ADT dealer.
- My Tech Support Store (MTSS): I managed a multi-channel marketing strategy including SEO, PPC, banner ads, and email campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Shilpi’s Voice & Visuals: Developed this portfolio site to market voice and visual services internationally, highlighting skills in voice artistry, coaching, and sound healing.
- Poonam: As an ongoing social film project addressing elderly loneliness, compassion, and companionship, I’ve been involved in its production and promotion as a Movie Producer, with a trailer available online.

Early Education and Foundations
My educational journey began at the National Institute of Information Technology, where I built a strong foundation in IT that would shape my professional path. Growing up with roots in multiple languages—I’m fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Bengali, with native read/write proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu—has helped me connect with diverse teams and clients across India and beyond.
I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, Kolkata (1986–1988), topping the batch with distinction. This was followed by a PG Diploma in Management & Business Administration from IMM, Kolkata (1988-1990), also achieved with distinction. My basic education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com [H]) from Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam (1985–1988), majoring in Economics and Accountancy with First Class honors, and 10+2 from Hindi High School (now Birla High School), Kolkata (1983–1985), majoring in sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology) with distinction.
Personal Insights and Future Vision
With a strong online presence—LinkedIn with 31,000 followers and over 500 connections, Facebook with 343 likes, X, and Instagram—I continue to build a community around value-driven marketing and social causes. My work on Academia.edu further extends my thought leadership in technology and digital marketing, where I share insights from my 33+ years of IT experience. On a personal note, I’m a movie buff, lateral thinker, chef, traveler, classical music lover, book lover, voracious reader, and altruist—always approaching challenges ‘out of the box.’
My specialist skills include excellent communication for client interactions, problem-solving as a habitual challenge-taker, teamwork for coordinated success, and organization as the backbone of my achievements. In IT, I have extensive hardware troubleshooting experience (IBM-PCs, Macintosh, SUN Solaris), software proficiency (OS like Windows, UNIX; languages like COBOL, C, Python, CSS; databases like MySQL; CMS like WordPress), and deep SEO expertise (tools, analytics, keyword research, social media). I’ve conducted 12+ years of training in OS, DBMS, digital marketing, and more, plus 2 years in life-skills and vocational training for retired Indian Army personnel.
Personal traits like tenacity, perseverance, acute focus, and logical SWOT analysis drive me. Interests include reading fiction, watching classics, cooking, listening to classical music, playing with children, driving, fishing, walking, and aspiring to sky-dive—fostering calculated risks.
